We create a very limited number of iPad-specific digital planners and try to make them as realistic and elegant as possible. With our planners you will rediscover the pleasure of writing on leather case planners that, maybe, you may have used before the arrival of tablets, without sacrificing the convenience of technology.

What are digital planners?

Digital planners are basically “intelligent” PDF documents divided into pages and cards related to our business (there are planners for students, for managers, for those who love to cook, etc.) linked together by hyperlinks.

Why digital planners (instead of a paper one)?

The main advantage is in the use of internal hyperlinks, through which we can go to every section of our planner simply with a tap on the corresponding label (instead of manually search for it as it happens for the paper version). Another advantage over paper planners is that we can keep everything organized and clean without scribbling (because we can erase with the pen) and we can make our pages more pleasant and beautiful by using stickers that we can copy, paste, rotate and enlarge as desired.

What do I need to use digital planners?

Essentially you need 3 things:

An iPad/iPad Pro equipped with Apple Pencil
The fabulous, popular and affordable (only $8 one time) GoodNotes app (sorry, Android users, now you have a great reason to switch to Apple!), with its desktop app that allows you to easily drag and drop your planner files and sync everything with a click!

About Us...

few words about who we are (and the reason of our logo😜)

We are a couple of freelancers who live in Italy with our beloved and inseparable dachshund, called “Rotolino”, who is also our inspiring mascot. During the COVID period we had the opportunity to deepen our knowledge and use of digital planners on iPad and we literally fell in love with this new way of using the tablet by replacing paper. So we started making these planners by testing them personally and the MySweetPlanner.com site was born, almost by chance.
